About

I think a lot about how people understand themselves and the world around them—how personal circumstances shape us and how we inevitably fall into patterns of relating whether we do so intentionally or not. I believe, our first task is to know our instinctual patterns. Then we can direct our efforts to incrementally improve our impact.

That’s what drives my work. I use the Enneagram as a practical tool for recognizing patterns in real time. I deploy the Immunity to Change framework from Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, values-based leadership, and a lot of imagination, narrative work, and questioning. I’m working every day to center compassion in everything I do.

I’ve been studying the Enneagram in the Narrative tradition for eight years and hold certifications from Ginger Lapid-Bogda and Jerry Wagner. I’m also certified in Immunity to Change and am completing an MA in Theological Studies in 2027, which deepens how I think about meaning-making and human development.

Originally from a small town in Texas, I went to school in Austin and have been lucky enough to facilitate leadership development courses and train-the-trainer sessions with organizations around the world. Past clients includes Marriott International, Kohl’s Corporation, Hult International Business School, and T-Mobile, among others.

These days, I work with mission-driven organizations—designing programs for new managers, early-career professionals, and leadership teams who want to build cultures where people can actually do their best work. I also work on data literacy and management at the University of Texas at Austin and write regularly about self-discovery as a means of relating better to others.

I’m based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
