what we do
The problem with most leadership training…
Your new managers attend a workshop, learn a framework, maybe fill out a worksheet. Three weeks later, they’re back to the same patterns: micromanaging when anxious, avoiding conflict, or burning out trying to be everything to everyone.
But people don’t fail at leadership because they don’t know better. They fail because their default patterns kick in under pressure and they don’t have the self-awareness to catch it happening.
